Water-soluble and dries with a strong hold so you can rest assured that your hair will be in place all day.  Washed out easily leaving behind no residue or build up. Usage For best use, apply to towel-dried hair. Use a small amount and work from scalp to ends to gently push hair into place. For a stronger hold, repeat process.
