Comb product through hair and style to perfection. NOTE: Use more product for more hold.
Washes out MOSTLY with water.
To get product out completely, wash out with shampoo.
The build up on this product can also add heat protection and pre-styleability, so don't feel like you need to wash it out completely after every use.
Water (Aqua), Microcrystalline Wax, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Ricinus Communas (Castor) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Wax, Silica, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Diatomaceous Earth, Ceteareth-20, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Polysorbate 20, PVP, Propylene Glycol, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, VP/VA Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum)
this stuff scoops out pretty easy and breaks down to almost nothing, it does have a bit of a sticky feel to it
going into the hair you get a lot of tug and pull, the silica in it makes it seriously gritty
it is very hard to work with an style with
once in place you do get an extremely strong hold with the hair feeling almost like it has been glued into place, the hair does not have a natural feel
you get a massive volume and a lot of texture
the product really lacks for slickness - the texture is high and the hair just doesn't stick together at all
the look at the end is very matte, even to the extent it makes your hair look one or two shades lighter
product does build up nicely if you are looking for that, you will need a shampoo to wash it out, but because it is so sticky the restylability is limited
Ultimately, if you are looking for these features you'll probably really like this product but to be honest my issues with this are that it doesn't feel at all like a cream once it hits the hair - its not very soft or easy to work with and it is extremely dry
Immediately after emulsifying and applying to towel dry hair, you can see Stickmore's Styling Cream work it's magic. It's slightly tackier than others I've used and requires a wide tooth comb but settles in to create a stack of volume and hold from the get-go. The cream will cope with high heat and humidity with ease and the matte finish looks great. It washes out first time with a sneaky shampoo and the fragrance presents as a traditional 'barber shop'. Overall, a very good option for those that like a high hold, and dyer matte finish yet remaining re-malleable throughout the day.
