Lockhart's Heavy Hold Pomade

This pomade is closer to a medium hold than a heavy, and does not meet the reviews i have seem here and elsewhere. It seems very waxy and hard to scoop, but does not hold a basic slick back style for more than an hour before falling apart. I noticed goon grease seems to hold longer for me in the heat of a north queensland summer than this has in winter. The only way to get a decent lasting hold is using what i consider to be far too much, more than any other heavy i have tried to date. It truely does not live up to the hype...

This pomade provides a decent (but not outstanding) amount of flexible hold. It tends to leave my hair straggly later in the day. It doesn't wash out easily which I don't mind because I like a bit of build-up. Personally, I'm not a fan of the scent: I can't smell any "Coffee Bean, Caramel and Peppermint Scent" but just a strong, sweet coconut smell.
