O'Douds Matte Paste

Good product. It has a strong hold and is very creamy application however the product leaves a white texture which requires a lot of brushing to get rid of.

If you just wash your hair after application(no shampoo) the product isn't fully removed allowing for a oil based pomade like build up

Smell isnt to mature. Smells like your walking around with a bag of jelly beans on your head though it is subtle

Really easy product to take out and work into hair. Starts to grab after a minute of working into hair. Holds up all day and can be restyled very easily. Also you do not need a lot of product. Does not have an overpowering scent and washes out fairly easy.

Great easy product that strikes a balance between the extremes of too oily or too dry.
Forgiving in quantity too, so you can ration out or take a handful and it keeps an elegant look

Nice textured look and easy to add volume. Its very easy to scoop out and to emulsify but it tugs just a little bit during the application. It makes my fine hair look a lot thicker because of the high clay in it. Definitely recommend!

Bought this product for myself recently, after having tried a number of cheaper alternatives. Provides a great hold with super matte finish. Will be my product of choice going forward.
